The Preparation of Financial Systems

We prepare the financial and administrative systems according to the organizational structure of the facility, specifying the financial cycles such as the purchases and creditors cycle, the sales cycle and debtors, and the administrative cycles of the system, in addition to making a full description of the jobs and determining the regulations to which they are subject and the powers of each administrative level under an integrated control system.
